Payment Guidelines
Please understand that payment of your service is part of your treatment. Below are my current payment guidelines which you will receive on your first visit to our office.
- Full payment for services are greatly appreciated and expected at the time of treatment.
- I accept cash, checks, and all major credit cards.
- Please make checks out to BodySound Massage Therapy.
- I appreciate at least 24 hours notice of any cancellations to best serve all our clients. Please contact us at the earliest possible time so that I may contact other clients waiting for pain relief.
- Please be advised that if numerous cancellations are made, a full deposit will be required at the time any future appointments are made.
- I do our best to accommodate for late arrivals. I appreciate notice if you are running more than 10 minutes late.
- Prepaid package sessions are transferable to family and friends.
CANCELLATION LIST: If you are unable to see openings on the calendar, please let me know if you'd like to be included on my cancellation notice. If any openings come up, I'll notify you. You are not obligated to take any openings, it's just a friendly way I can let you know if an opening comes up! Thank you!
